Bring your knives in to be sharpened on our scheduled sharpening days. Your knives must arrive by 6:00 PM on Thursday for scheduled sharpening days (shown above).
Knives are sharpened on-site and are ready to pick up the next day, Friday, at 11:00 AM!
$7 per blade for standard sharpening * |
| * Additional rates will be applied for scissor sharpening, re-serrating, tip repair, chip repair, bolster repair and other knife repairs. In addition, a late pickup fee will be applied if your knives are left with us for more than 7 days after they are sharpened. |

Our Cooking Classes offer hands-on opportunities to learn new skills or build upon existing expertise.
Products include cookware, bakeware, cutlery, small appliances, barware, cutting boards, gadgets, mixing bowls, mortars & pestle, salt & herb mills, thermometers, scales, tabletop items.
SERVICES
We have a state-of-the-art residential kitchen utilized by local professional chefs, to facilitate a wide variety of hands-on participation classes. Our classes provide customers with an opportunity in today's fast paced society to invest a small amount of time, just two hours, to learn something new to impress their friends the next time they entertain. Since our classes are hands-on, we limit them to 12 participants, so that you may receive individual attention from the Chef.
Whether you are an Executive Chef at a fine dining establishment, a personal chef, caterer, or the premier chef in your own home, you'll fulfill all your essential cooking needs here.
